Because Framer templates are digital products delivered instantly, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered once the purchase has been completed.
Please review the template description, features, and preview carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue with your template, contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the problem.
CUSTOMIZATION
SERVICES
Template customization services are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project has not yet started, cancellation may be possible.
Any refund amount will be determined based on the work already completed and any project-related expenses.

Custom projects require time, planning, and creative work that is reserved specifically for your project.
Project deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has started, payment may still be required for completed work and project milestones already delivered.
